Copyright 2019 all rights reserved.* Use of the MessageBuy software, this website, and entering contests, is always governed by and bound by the MessageBuy [Terms of Use](https://www.messagebuy.com/terms-of-use?hsLang=en) and should anything in these SMS Contest Terms, Rules and Restrictions ("Rules") differ from the official [Terms of Use](https://www.messagebuy.com/terms-of-use?hsLang=en), the Terms of Use shall control. By replying to any text from MessageBuy, you agree to these participate in the contest. Any participation in the contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of MessageBuy which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set by MessageBuy in MessageBuy's sole discretion. The contest will begin when the first text message is sent, and will end 7 calendar days after, or sooner, in MessageBuy's sole discretion. MessageBuy reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone, or any entity, into any contest in MessageBuy's sole discretion. MessageBuy may suspend or terminate any contest at any time for any reason. By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless MessageBuy, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (The "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of the prize. MessageBuy will determine the winner of each contest and award a prize in MessageBuy's sole discretion, the odds of winning depend on the number of entrants. The winner will be notified via text message. MessageBuy may edit or completely revoke the winner's prize before, during, or after a contest in MessageBuy's sole discretion. Any advice, assistance, recommendations, or consulting provided to MessageBuy shall be done so in the contest participant's sole discretion and shall immediately become MessageBuy's Intellectual Property. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All Federal, State, Local, and Municipal Laws and Regulations Apply. Void where prohibited. Contests are open to any company or entity who receives a text message asking them to enter a contest. Entrants consent to the use of their name, logo, and likeness for marketing purposes including but not limited to the announcement of winners.
